Getting our first class products to you in prime condition is important to us and we have a number of delivery options available to suit your requirements.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard home delivery takes between 3-5 days after your order has being placed. Items are usually delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Orders over £75 and over – FREE delivery
Order less than £75 - £6.95 inc VAT
Next Day Delivery
Many of our popular products are available for next delivery (excluding Sunday delivery). Orders must be placed before 12 midday to qualify for Next Day Delivery. Please contact our Sales Office if you would like next day delivery for any products on your order.

Restricted postcodes and delivery exceptions
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. We may not be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
We don't deliver to BFPO addresses and we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes - any order placed for delivery to a PO Box will be cancelled and a full refund provided, so long as the product(s) have been paid for in full at checkout.
mysportswear does not currently offer delivery to countries outside of the UK.
Personalised items may be subject to extended delivery times as these products are subject to extended processing and preparation times – we need to make sure you’re happy with all aspects of the personalisation before the order is processed.
Personalised items are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights).
Our transport couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. The signature of the person (over 18) accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that safe delivery of the order has been received. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the weather).
A card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. Our couriers can deliver until 9pm in most areas.
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
Order & Delivery Confirmation
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought and how much it cost. You will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase.
Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been processed. For UK deliveries we will also inform you of your tracking reference number. By clicking on the tracking reference link you will be taken to the courier's website where you can see the progress of your delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order a delivery to go to my place of work, or another address?
Yes, of course. When ordering, simply request the delivery address you require. We will also require your billing address in order to process payment. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product(s), and in particular, that there is space for any delivery vehicle to make the delivery.
Can I change the delivery address?
Once an order's been completed we unable to change your delivery address.
You may be able to cancel your order but we’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order, which means you’ll need to be quick. You can cancel your order up to 30 minutes after placing but you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team to do it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, however, unless cancellation takes place before payment has been processed, which is generally within 30 minutes of order placement, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.

All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays
On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
